Jaco Van Der Westhuizen: BORN 1958, IN Johannesburg South Africa Raised by two professional radio and stage personalities (parents) I grew up in a theater environment where I kept myself busy drawing at the age 6, me backstage, parents onstage 1976 employed by the South Africa defense force. 1978 employed by performing arts PACT as property maker. 1981 Chief Property maker 1989 Chief Decor Painter Art training and working together with David Mackenzie (British fine artist) for 2 years also work with designers, among others, Jonah Engels, Anthony Farmer, Neels Hansen and many more. 1985 went to Germany and did a course in prop making.
